SSRMAN-1 SERIES

burstMicroprocessor Controlled SSR Mounted Burst Firing Time Proportioning Power Control Module, Universal Input, 0-100% output

ssrman1

The SSR mount microprocessor based SSRMAN-1 is designed for use in a broad range of time proportioning power control applications using a solid state relay.  The SSRMAN-1 can be dip switch configured  for more than five different command signals 0-135 Ohm, 4 - 20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V, & Potentiometer)  and four cycle times.  Like the analog version of the SSRMAN, it mounts directly to an SSR  and provides 0-100% time proportioning power control of the heaters / loads in a compact inexpensive package.  Power control is accomplished by time proportioning the SSR's input in proportion to the command input signal.

The SSRMAN-1 Series product has been replaced with the SSRMAN-1B.

SSRMAN SERIES

SSR Mounted Burst Firing Time Proportioning Control Module with Power Limit
Manual Power Control Module, SSR Mounted, 0-100% Potentiometer Inputssrman

The SSRMAN mounts directly to the input terminals of an SSR and provides 1-99% power limit of the heaters/loads in a compact inexpensive package.  The SSRMAN limits the power output of an SSR from controlling device such as a temperature controller by keeping duty cycle from exceeding a predetermined value.  The SSRMAN is available with either an external or on-board potentiometer for adjusting the power limit value.  Operates from an 8-32VDC power source.  For 0-100% adjustable time proportioning control check out the SSRMAN-1.

The SSRMAN Series product has been replaced with the SSRMAN-1B.

SSRMAN-SP SERIES

4-20mA Loop Powered Time Proportioning Module

The SSRMAN-SP is designed for use in a broad range of 4 to 20mA power control applications where an external power supply power supply is not available. The SSRMAN-SP mounts directly on the input connections of an SSR and provides precise 0-100% time proportioned drive based on the input signal.

The SSRMAN-SP Series has been replaced with the SSRMAN-1LP.
