SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICY

NuWave Technolgies, Inc. (herein SHIPPER) provides package insurance through couriers as standard procedure.

ONLY APPLIES TO CUSTOMERS REQUESTING TO WAIVE INSURANCE (SELF-INSURE):

When a customer (herein RECIEVER) requests an exception to this procedure and wishes to insure packages themselves ie. self-insurance, RECEIVER agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

SHIPMENTS means any package that has been documented by COURIER and or SHIPPER to have been shipped by SHIPPER to RECEIVER, whether package arrives at RECEIVER’s location or not and regardless of its condition.

COURIER means UPS, Fedex, DHL, USPS or other courier.

RECEIVER wishes to waive offered COURIER insurance and wishes to self-insure all packages shipped by SHIPPER, meaning that once SHIPPER ships a package against an order made by RECEIVER, RECEIVER is responsible for paying the associated invoice for the SHIPMENT.

SHIPPER makes no representations, extends no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, and assumes no responsibilities whatsoever with respect to COURIER’s services relating to SHIPMENTs.  RECEIVER will hold SHIPPER harmless against all liabilities, demands, damages, expenses, or losses arising out of lost or damaged SHIPMENTs.
